# Undergraduate Summer Opportunities and Funding Fair November 07, 2022 ![HSS Funding Fair](/sites/g/files/omnuum10896/files/styles/hwp_16_9__480x270/public/koreainstitute/files/sof_fair_shareable_graphic.png?itok=dEUbWP98) Summer Opportunities and Funding Fair **Date: Friday, December 2, 2022 Time: 1pm - 4pm Location: Harvard Student Organization Center at Hilles (SOCH) 59 Shepard St., Cambridge, MA 02138** ## **Event Overview** The Summer Opportunities & Funding Fair is Harvard’s largest summer experience event. Connect with Harvard departments and organizations representing a wide variety of opportunities. Come see the Korea Institute Table to see the KI undergraduate summer offerings in Korea. ## **For Students:** - **Eligibility:** Open to all Harvard College students, no advance registration required. Please note seniors may not be eligible for some funded opportunities. - **Transportation**: The Office of Career Services has booked a shuttle that will run in a continuous loop from the corner of Mt. Auburn St. / Holyoke St. to the SOCH, beginning at 12:30pm. Additionally, The Harvard SOCH is a 15 minute walk from Harvard Yard and has a Bluebikes docking station near the entry. ## **Health & Safety Measures** We are excited to host this event in person. Note that hand sanitizer will be placed on each employer table. To help keep our community safe, we ask student and employer participation in the following health and safety measures: - **Wearing Masks** – Masks are highly recommended at this event. We will have extra masks available at the event for students and employers who need one. - **Handshake Free Event** – As a health and safety measure, we are encouraging students and employers to use other forms of greeting (ex. waving) in place of shaking hands at this event.
