KI Scholarship Funding for Harvard Summer School in Seoul, Korea Program - Due: Jan. 31, 2019

The Korea Institute offers limited scholarships to undergraduate students who need additional financial assistance to attend the Harvard Summer School-Korea Program. Students on financial aid are given priority. Awards are made in consultation with the Office of Career Services. You do NOT apply online via CARAT or fill anything out on CARAT and there is no 'official' form. Instead to apply, please simply email a budget sheet (what dollar amount you will need and the costs that make this up and provide an exact dollar amount, ) along with a written statement of your financial need (about a few paragraphs/1 page) to cglover@fas.harvard.edu. The budget sheet should include program cost, sources of income and amounts, along with an itemized budget (costs of program). Please be very clear as to the final dollar amount you are requesting from the KI. The statement should describe why you/your family need this scholarship for you to attend this program. This statement is very important, as you will need to differentiate yourself/your needs from the other student applicants applying for the same scholarship. Please also mention if you will apply for the Office of Career Services Summer Funding for HSS, as well. And if not, why not. You may apply and (possibly receive) funding from both the Korea Institute and the Office of Career Services. This KI Scholarship for HSS Application is due at same time as the HSS-Korea Program Application is due: Jan. 31, 2019. Email the KI HSS Scholarship application to: cglover@fas.harvard.edu Please see: http://korea.fas.harvard.edu/korea-institute-scholarships-harvard-summer-school-korea-program-undergraduate
