#  Asia Center Books: A New Monthly Newsletter

**Asia Center Books** is a new monthly newsletter from the Harvard Asia Center Publications Program. Each issue will highlight new and forthcoming book releases, author interviews, book talks, special sales, and news about our authors and books.

The Harvard Asia Center Publications Program is one of the world’s most widely respected publishers of scholarly books in Asian studies, focusing on the humanities and social sciences of East and Southeast Asia. Since the 1950s, more than 650 monographs have been published in collaboration with the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies, the Harvard-Yenching Institute, the Korea Institute, and the Reischauer Institute of Japanese Studies.
