A group of academic centers and institutes that support the study of Asia at Harvard University, including the Harvard Asia Center, will jointly host the Association for Asian Studies New England Regional Conference via a virtual platform on December 6, 2021. We welcome both individual paper proposals and panel proposals from all disciplines and on all topics related to Asian Studies. Preference will be given to students and scholars based at colleges and universities in New England.

here by August 1, 2021.

Individual Papers:
A) Paper title and abstract (not to exceed 250 words)
B) Name and affiliation of presenter
C) Academic discipline of presenter
D) Email address of presenter

Panel Proposals:
A) A summary of the panel (not to exceed 250 words)
B) Titles and abstracts (not to exceed 250 words) for each paper
C) Name and affiliation of each presenter
D) Academic disciplines of each presenter
E) Email address of each presenter

here. While there is no registration fee, we suggest that attendees donate to the Association for Asian Studies at a level that is comfortable for them.
