What makes a law school a "global law school"? A growing number of law schools present themselves as offering a global legal education - does this and can this mean anything beyond a proliferation of courses in international and comparative law, exchange programs and foreign internships? This seminar will explore and evaluate the evidence from law school reforms in Asia.

This is the first in a series of seminars called "Mapping the Globalization of Legal Education" organized by the Harvard Law School S.J.D. Students Association for the 2011-12 academic year.
