Korea Colloquium

The Korea Colloquium is the KI’s flagship seminar series on Korea-related topics, which has gathered scholars in a variety of fields from far and wide on Thursday afternoons for over a decade. Co-sponsorship by other Harvard centers and departments is welcome. These collaborations broaden perspectives on Korea and the United States, Asia, and Latin America, for example, and enrich our understanding of the scope of Korea studies while strengthening ties with colleagues in other regions. Professor Sun Joo Kim is the faculty organizer for the Korea Colloquium. The Korea Colloquium is funded by the Academy of Korean Studies (Korea) Overseas Leading University Program for Korean Studies Grant, Min Young-Chul Memorial Fund at the Korea Institute, Harvard University, and the U.S. Department of Education Title VI Grant.
