Scheduling an Interview
To request and schedule an interview with a faculty member of the Korea Institute, please contact Jina Kim, Outreach and Events Manager, at 617-496-2141 or firstname.lastname@example.org. All interviews must be scheduled by appointment, and permission must be granted in advance.
Official photographs of KI faculty and photos of KI building or office will be provided upon request. According to University policy, journalists seeking to take photos, record or film the interview must be granted permission in advance. To request the mandatory permit, please contact Harvard Public Affairs & Communications (HPAC) Media Relations at 617-495-1585.
Interview questions should be submitted in advance via email whenever possible.
Final Draft of Article
The final draft of the article must be reviewed and confirmed by the interviewee. Please be clear about the deadline and word count so that the interviewees can try to be available for any additional questions or edits.
Using Harvard University’s Name/Logo/Photos
Use of Harvard name, logo and photos of campus must be cleared with the relevant office before the release of the article. Permission can be sought at the Harvard Public Affairs & Communications (HPAC) Media Relations at 617-495-1585.
